Terms of Use & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Relationship to Apple Standard EULA & Parties

The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) applies to the Liquid Music iOS application. These Terms of Use supplement it and form a binding agreement solely between you and VitoCV™, not Apple Inc.

Pursuant to Schedule 1 of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, VitoCV™ (and not Apple) is solely responsible for the licensed application and its content. Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

2. Free License Grant

Liquid Music is free: no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no advertisements. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control as permitted by the Apple Media Services Usage Rules.

3. Your Music, Copyright & DRM Compliance

The app does not sell, host, or distribute music. You play your own audio files and are solely responsible for holding the necessary rights to them. Liquid Music does not circumvent DRM under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 1201) or EU Copyright Directive: Apple Music subscription tracks are available only in the Apple Music app.

4. Synced Lyrics

Recognized lyrics are generated automatically on your device and may contain mistakes. Song lyrics are protected by copyright; use them for personal listening only.

5. Web Feature Requests (Wishes Board)

By submitting a feature wish on our website, you grant VitoCV™ a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to implement, adapt, and incorporate the suggestion into Liquid Music or other VitoCV™ products without compensation.

6. Trademarks

Liquid Music™, VitoCV™ are trademarks and properties of the VitoCV™ team. Apple, iPhone, iTunes, AirPlay, AirPods, and Apple Music are trademarks of Apple Inc. Dolby, Dolby Atmos, and the double-D symbol are trademarks of Dolby Laboratories Licensing Corporation. Liquid Music is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. Spatial audio is decoded by the iOS system decoder.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Consumer Rights

The app and website are provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, VitoCV™ is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data or files. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights under your local jurisdiction.
